The agile approach
The accelerator offers its members a system based on 4-month experimental cycles, called Sprint. They are focused on the rapid technological maturity of projects and solutions. The accelerator Sprint process has been tested on more than 41 use cases. It is divided into 3 phases:

5-week framework
12-week experiment
3-week feedback
The field approach
The accelerator brings together manufacturers with technical teams and experts in the same team and directly in the field, in real operating conditions.
Why this approach?
It allows members to be as close as possible to needs and to learning in the field. That is to say, to access qualified business needs and to develop their solution with the teams and relevant infrastructures of recognized infrastructure managers.

An accelerator for research
Based on the principle of Sprints, projects take place over a period of one year, divided into three sprints. Each of them has a specific objective of increasing technological maturity.
Sprint #1: State of the art, digital model then digital tests and trials
Sprint #2: Prototype and lab test
Sprint #3: Demonstrator and test in real operating conditions
An accelerator for research
Identification, exchanges and collaborations of start-ups relevant to the rail sector via BPI/Impulse
