Attached to the SNCF Group (#SNCF Reseau), but autonomous in its development, the uDi (#UDI), was created in 2010. It is both a leader in training for the railway sector and a laboratory for educational innovation. 7,300 learners were trained in 2023, from a catalog of nearly 300 courses in 5 main areas: transversal rail system, project management, project management, design office, design office, management and soft skills, training engineering. The strength of UDi is to personalize the learning path as much as possible and to support our trainees before, during and after the training. The uDi shares with the Rail Open Lab various values and principles of action: the pioneer spirit, innovation, working in an agile and open ecosystem, the search for effectiveness but also efficiency, the culture of speed in execution, and the systematic approach of experimentation.
