TEAM2 is a national competitiveness cluster created and certified in 2010 by the State. It is dedicated to the transition to a more circular economy. Thanks to its expertise and its network of industrial, scientific and institutional partners, TEAM2 stimulates innovation for the resources of the future, resulting from reuse, reuse and recycling. through the following axes

Team2's action is based on five strategic axes:

- Strategic metals and rare earths,

- Minerals, Building Waste, Polluted Sites and Soils

- French recycling equipment and engineering

- Innovative circular economy loops

The involvement of TEAM2, within the Rail Open Lab, aims to contribute to the emergence of innovation topics in the rail sector in connection with the theme of circular economy and sustainable development.
