RATP Infrastructures, for the security, interoperability and continuity of public services.
This subsidiary of the RATP group manages infrastructure for the historic network in Île-de-France. It also guarantees the technical management, monitoring, maintenance and repair necessary for the operation and security of the network.
The missions of RATP Infrastructures are to:
- manage the assets of RATP, which constitute the infrastructure of the metro and RER networks, and carry out the technical management of the infrastructure of the Grand Paris network in accordance with the applicable regulatory and contractual framework, by proposing and implementing the policy of promoting and maintaining in good condition the assets and the major families of equipment in its field.
- design and carry out projects for the creation, modernization and renewal of infrastructure assets.
- ensure the compatibility of its actions with the regulatory framework and support the gradual opening up to competition of the operation of the networks managed by RATP Infrastructures.
