MOÏZ

The start-up MOÏZ offers a patented thermal energy recovery solution that makes it possible to make connected industrial sensors (temperature, humidity, etc.) used for the maintenance of railway infrastructures (rail, catenary, etc.) completely autonomous in energy. Without batteries, these sensors do not require maintenance. Without wires, they are simple and economical to install. This solution makes it possible to recycle the waste heat lost in industrial processes and infrastructures and to facilitate their digitization in an eco-responsible approach.

The start-up MOÏZ has been involved in the Rail Open Lab since the beginning of 2021. This involvement resulted in the creation of two use cases for which the autonomy of the sensors used was of particular importance.
